Sad news about Junior(the only surviving young Black-winged Stilt in the UK this year) whilst I'm sunning it up in Espania some Fox,Mink,GBBGull who knows ?has curtailed the youngsters brief stay on the planet.Mum and Dad then played hide and seek on Ashton's for a while then buggered off to Hampshire for a day before departing these shores.
Will they come back next year ? Will the Rangers get the facts right ? Will the RSVP squat in Bund Hide again ? Will Spring Watch send a proper cameraman ? bring it on I say!!
