PECKERLESS...

Actually achieved a rather excellent old patch twitch today (having got the nod on Sunday). Not giving to much away cos we can't have every Tom Dick and Harry traipsing all over the place, I managed to virtually step on 2 JACK SNIPE skulking in a wet bit of Moss Side. Another splendid year tick and a grip back on Marbury. Only my second sighting ever at Moss Side.
Down at Lapwing Lane not a pecker in sight despite the hordes of pecker watchers stationed every twenty yards along the fence, haven't these dudes got anything better to do - like find me the Little Egret that's been seen again (could be at Halftwo's local patch near Lymn ?) or some dodgy gull.
