NORTHWEST BLOCKER...

Nipped into the enemies den yesterday and had awesomely crippling views of the Pallid Swift at Crosby Marina as it floated 20ft above my head with the local apus. There should be some cracking piccies knockin about. Spent the rest of the afternoon reccying for the DayList next Saturday and discovered new sites for Corn Bunting, Yellow Wag, Yellowhammer but obviously cannot spill the beans on their locations as the 'B' team are monitoring my every posting.

NORTHWEST LIFE LIST 312

Bank Holiday Monday and Ashton's is finally graced by a male Garganey that zoomed off down the Brook at 9.30am towards Frodders maybe? So much for staying for the 9th as our team (which was nearly all togeather at one point on the mound) discussed plans for the coming 'BigDay', I wonder what the opposition are up to (probably still in bed!).

Record shot of the gratefully received Garganey before it did one, cheers for the call Mr T. Stop Press its back on nearby No.1 ttfn.
