Nowt new on the patch except for a singing Blackcap by Neumann's (secondhand) and with snow and hail forecast for the next few days it don't look to promising.

THIRD TIME LUCKY...
The pair of nesting Black Swans up on No.1/Haydn's Pool have hatched four youngsters and the family were actively feeding this morning in front of Vern's Sandbank. Hopefully this time they will be more successful than past years. Shaky video below, please excuse the back ground chatter and the smoker with the cough!
