Its Friday night and alls looking promising for the weekend listers. Theres a double whammy in Wales -
Little Blue Heron at Kidwelly and a probable
Sibe Thrush near Rhayader. But true to form (there in Wales)both disappear ? The B Team of course are all down in South Wales swatting up on their
Little Egret ID, whilst me self and a few others are having tea at a garden centre near Rhayader.
The hordes looking for the '
Sibe' not a hope in hell, theres even one guy looking in the wrong direction!
Having now dipped on the
Cackling Canada, Amur Falcon (went last Sunday to stand with Britains finest listers at TopHillLow) and now this, its becoming a bummer of an end to October. Lets hope theres a gettable grip back in the post....fingers crossed.
