A tremendous day on the Patch was had by all (well nearly all) when we were graced by the Patch's 2nd LONG BILLED DOWITCHER found by the man formerly known as BT Dave Houston early this morning on Neumann's Flash. A frantic call from Mr Hill (out birding on the patch!! blimey) alerted me to its presence and thats all I'm saying cos I want to keep my present job as its really nice.Piccy above is all I could manage with phone and scope combined from the top of the Mound. Still its OML what..!
Thats my 5th in Cheshire and 192nd for the Patch Life List.
